Step 1: Connect with Willis

Step 2: Meet with a Student Admissions Advisor
Next, you’ll attend an information session with a Student Admissions Advisor (over the phone, via Zoom, or in person). Together, you will discuss your goals, interests, and strengths to find the perfect diploma program for your career path. We will also cover class schedules, review entry requirements, and answer any questions you have.
Step 3: Meet with a Financial Aid Administrator
Your Admissions Advisor will schedule a meeting for you with one of our expert Financial Aid Administrators. They will walk you through your options, from student loans and grants to customized payment plans, ensuring you feel confident about your funding strategy.
Step 4: Registration
Once you’ve chosen your program, met the admissions requirements, and finalized your financial plan, your Student Admissions Advisor will guide you through the enrollment registration process.
Step 5: Orientation
Held the week before your program officially starts, Orientation is your chance to get comfortable before day one. You will receive an email with the specific date and time. During this two-hour session, you will meet your instructors, peer mentors, and faculty heads, while getting a guided tour of our student portal and learning platforms.
Step 6: First Day of Class
Your first day of class will begin with an onboarding session where we provide you with online accounts, email addresses, passwords, and access to our online platform resources. When everyone is logged in, the learning adventure begins.
