160 Years of Career-Focused Skills Training

For 160 years, Willis College has helped Canadians build meaningful, practical careers that strengthen communities and power the workforce. As industries evolve and skills shortages grow, learners need education that is flexible, credible, and directly connected to the jobs of today and tomorrow. Willis College exists to meet that need.

CBBC Career College is Now Willis College

As of August 2026, CBBC Career College officially joined the Willis College family. By combining CBBC’s deep Nova Scotia roots and trusted healthcare and education programs with Willis College’s 160-year legacy, we are bringing our students even greater resources, expanded program options, and a stronger national network of employer connections.

The Willis Way

We don’t just teach; we prepare. Our approach to education is built on four core pillars:

1. Career-Ready Programs

Designed from the ground up with industry needs at the forefront, ensuring you learn what employers are actually looking for.

2. Applied, Instructor-Led Learning

Hands-on training that builds real confidence, not just credentials.

3. Flexible Pathways

Education that meets you where you are—whether that is in person, online, or through a hybrid model.

4. Lifetime Career Support

Continuous guidance to ensure a seamless, successful transition from the classroom to the workplace.

A Career Education You Can Trust

The foundation of our 160-year legacy is deeply-rooted in credibility and global recognition. Willis College has fostered strong relationships with governments locally, provincially, federally, and internationally.
